Who we share it with
Employees who need the data to do the work described here may see it.
Third parties: Twilio for the phone system, Google for calendars and email, Facebook ads, and other apps a client chooses to connect. What we share is call tracking, email, and whatever that integration needs, for fulfillment, communication, and targeted advertising. They do not get more than the job requires.
We do not sell your data. We may disclose it if the law requires it, if a legal proceeding requires it, to prove or protect our legal rights, or to a buyer or potential buyer if the company is sold.
If you follow a link to another site, their policy applies. We don’t control it.
How long we keep it
User data is stored indefinitely. You will be notified if it is kept longer than the period we have told you.
How we protect it
Data is accessible to our employees. They are bound by confidentiality agreements, and a breach of that agreement is grounds for termination.
We take reasonable precautions. The internet is not perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee security beyond what is reasonably practical.
Children
We collect personal data of children under 13 only with the express consent of a parent or guardian. As published: a younger person, including someone around 12 who is starting a business, could sign up and pay for the software if they have a bank account and create an account, with that consent.
