Terms and conditions

These terms govern use of headstartcrm.com. The Site is owned and operated by Head Start CRM and offers professional and technical services. Using the Site means you have read these terms and agree to them.

Intellectual property

Content published on the Site belongs to Head Start CRM and the people who made it. That includes images, text, logos, documents, downloads, and anything else that makes up the Site.

Acceptable use

Use the Site legally. Do not harass or mistreat other users, violate anyone’s rights, hack another account, act fraudulently, or post material that is inappropriate or offensive. Do not download or export data the admin has not authorized. Do not copy or transfer funnels to other systems.

If we believe you are breaking the law or these terms, we may limit, suspend, or end your access, and we may take legal steps to keep you off the Site.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, its passwords, and the sensitive information on it. Information you give us must be current, accurate, and truthful, and you will update it when it changes.

We may suspend or close an account used illegally or in violation of these terms.

Sale of goods and services

Goods on the Site: customer relationship management software, coaching sessions, and coaching courses. Services: entrepreneur SaaS tools and guidance. Services are paid in full when ordered.

These terms cover whatever is displayed when you visit, including items marked out of stock. Descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them. We are not legally bound by a description we cannot guarantee. You purchase at your own risk.

We may modify, reject, or cancel an order when we have to. If we cancel after charging you, we refund what you paid. You are responsible for checking that the refund arrived.

Third-party goods

The Site may offer goods and services from other companies. We cannot guarantee their quality or accuracy.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews and bills automatically until we receive notice that you want it cancelled.

Accounts suspended more than 60 days, with no arrangement to keep them, are deleted. Customer data in that system is then gone permanently.

Payments

We accept credit and debit cards. Giving us payment details authorizes us to charge the amount due on that instrument.

If we believe a payment broke the law or these terms, we may cancel or reverse the transaction.

Refunds

Refund requests for goods must be made within 3 days of receipt. We accept a refund if you changed your mind, or if you were billed automatically and want the service cancelled for good, which also cancels future payments.

If you have used the software for more than 3 days in the billing period, you keep access through the end of those 30 days and future payments are cancelled.

Services are fully refunded if you cancel the plan within 3 days of being billed. A coaching session is not refunded after it has happened. Setup fees are not returned after the work is done and the hours are spent.

Consumer protection, links, and liability

Where a consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be waived, these terms do not limit the rights that law gives you. If the terms and that law conflict, the mandatory parts of the law win.

Links go to sites we do not own. Read their terms before you use them. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Head Start CRM and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.

Except where the law forbids it, you indemnify those same people against claims arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.

Virginia law, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

If a provision is found invalid, that provision comes out and the rest stays in force.

We may change these terms to stay legal and to match how the Site works. We will email users or post a notice.
