Business in a Box is our done-for-you CRM setup for owners who would rather sell than spend nights wiring software. We register a domain if you need one, make a logo if you don’t have one, and build the website, forms, and calendar. We set up a business phone number with A2P 10DLC registration, so your texts actually get delivered. Most businesses are working in Head Start CRM in 10 to 15 days.
Then come the workflows. Where we already have starter workflows for your industry, we bring them in and shape them to the way you take work. Tax prep is the one we’ve spent years tightening. If your trade is new to us, we’ll still build it, and the price for a custom build is agreed up front.
You learn the system through short Biz Academy lessons inside your account. Then we sit down together for your first working session and make the next decision with you, not at you.
A good fit if
You want text, email, calls, social messages, and web chat in one inbox, a pipeline that shows where every job sits, and invoices that go out from the same place. And you want people who set it up with you.
Not the right fit if
